You would like to think a business would want to to provide great work and service, so the word would get out to others. I had been warned not to use this company, but I didn't listen. It has been a nightmare for the past 2 years. The AC/Heat System has broken 6 times and was a brand new model in 2008. It was suppose to be a Carrier, but later I determined they installed a Goodman. Its one thing to have so many problems, but when you arn't getting proper service its absurd. I also paid for an extended maintenace service and I have a 10 year warranty. Trying to get them to repair anything properly is impossible. Each part keeps breaking...its as though they come to fix something else and somehow manage to set up something else to break, They have no pride in their workmanship. Last Summer it was 115 heat index, and my system went out again because of poor service by ARS. I had to wait over 3 days to get someone to come out, even though my warranty states that I had priority service for emergencies. They also overcharged me nearly $5,000 for the system that was installed...whatever you do, do not have this company to provide you service...Please get the word out as they will over charge you and then not back up their product or service calls......I hope no one else will become a victim like I did with this company.....
